It may not seem like much, but let the Summit know that. It doesn't sound like it would be Snogs' fault, but if you tell them that your entire family have been devout season pass purchasers for over a decade, yet the absence of Hyak will guarantee no pass purchases from you or your ski friends whatsoever, they could relay such testimonials to the parent company to hopefully sway them otherwise.
I'm half-drunk now, but I hope that made sense.
