      Since John Kircher runs both Crystal and the Summit, you might try writing to him. Go to www.skicrystal.com or write to mainoffice@skicrystal.com and ask them to forward the letter to John. Try to be thoughtful, respectful, and give good business reasons. John has been in this business a long time and is known for making tough decisions that aren't always popular.
