I'd expect it to be German, and when it comes to crisp lagers, the long-journeyed imports usually still fare better than most States-side stuff. If it's Ayinger's Festbier on tap (not likely), I'll smack myself. Hacker-Pschorr, even. But if it's merely Spaten's Oktoberfest, I might feel a little sympathy for the attendees not receiving something better.
