Great Stuff

February 7 2006, 5:38 PM

I especially like the Maultier and the StuGs

Kind of insane those crowd, have you seen the crate with the rotten grenades ..... whow ... and some people think about "lead" in certain unwanted (at least when you ask me) metal chassis ...

Some of the tanks seem in rather good condition as the yellow StuG or the Beute T-34

Good work! Thanks!!

cheers

Steffen

Thanks for the link, Frank. It's nice to see how careful and respectful the recovery teams are with the wrecks, especially the ones with human remains. It's a constant reminder of how great a 'prize', the Russian people suffered for our freedom. The casualties from all western nations combined, are just a fraction in relation.

Hmmm, I noticed that many of the recovered tracked vehicles show less rust on their tracks after decades of being exposed to the elements than most models. Time to re-think what is realistic when weathering a kit.
