Hi guys, first, thanks for all the interest in the tracks and things, orders being processed right now.

I must mention though, if customers want to use their credit cards, they MUST use the e-shop system. I personally do NOT have the facilities to process credit cards, and the e-mail system generally most certainly is NOT secure enough to protect your card details, so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not send your credit card details to me by e-mail! I can't do anything with them other than shred them, and they are open to interception and abuse by the bad guys in transit. The web shop has monster security built in, and if you are not prepared to use that, then the though of sending the same data, even split up, as an e-mail, should make your toes curl up!!

If you really do not want to use the website, you can select 'making payment by cheque/PO', I will get notification that you want the goods, and we can arrange payment some other way. Especially for overseas customers, this is time-consuming, expensive and reliant on Snail Mail. And somewhere down the line, the currency has to be swapped for £ sterling, and banks just LOVE to charge for that service!

I can't recommend the web system enough. It is secure, quick, (seconds, not weeks) secure, free for the customer, convenient, secure, and works 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. And it is secure.

But however you want to pay, please don't send me your credit card details!

Thanks!

Tim

PS if you have a Paypal account, payment via that is just as secure!

Speaking of which, there are really good email security systems of which we have a fantastic one through Verizon DSL. Haven't had any problems and only two of us have access to the system.
