A few updates have been made to our Site to include a new format for the ordering page. The Pics next to the product descriptions are now thumbnails linked to full page ads of each product. The 48th Scale Items are now completed, just have to finish the 72nd Scale. Might save on squinting your eyes to view all those tiny pictures.

Hi Bob;

A couple of days ago, I ordered a turret from your site, and I really like the ordering set-up you have, very "idiot-proof", good for a lummox like me.
But here is my question: once I submitted my order, I did not receive any kind of email(or otherwise) type of confirmation. I am used to an email sent to me immediately informing me of the order confirmation, but nothing here.
I have ordered from you in the past, but I honestly can't remember if you sent me anything or not, but I got the ordered item no problem.

Is this normal, or did I make a boo-boo somehow in my ordering process? Is there any way you can check on the status of the order?

Thanks in advance for any trouble, and keep those great resin bits coming, they are excellent.
