Great job! How did you do your zimmerit? The foilage looks very realistic.
Congrats, Greg

Very, very nice Wibelwind. Did you hollow out the guide teeth on the tracks or use aftermarket? Can we see some more photos?

Super Whirlble!

Hey Luke;

Excellent work!!! Very lively, and lots to see here. As usual, your foliage is spot on, but I am LOVING the figure, his flesh tones look incredible!

Can you tell us more about the tracks? AM? Or did you do like I did, and hollowed each link by hand? Are you as crazy as I am??????

Oh, and more pics please, unless this is destined for a publication. If so, which one and when?

Awesome work, Mate. Really worth waiting for.

Cheers, Pat

Thanks for the comments guys

Thanks guys I really can't show anymore photos as I'm sending The article off to Miltary Model International in a week or so. I hope the article will include a seperate reference feature by Scott Taylor which were really helpful with this build. The Zim is etch and worked out ok, The tracks are by WW2 Productions and are sadly out of production (but if you guys all get together and badger Bill he may start them up again...but I doubt as cheaply as before). The foilage is by scalelink and the figure a modified Icm item

Best Regards

Luke Pitt

Beautiful

Hi Luke:

That Wirbelwind is just beautiful. I'm almost finished the Wirbelwind reference article, so it will be ready to go.

Cheers,

Scott Taylor
