Thank you for having a look to my last kit.I had to use the Voyageur PE zimmerit because my attempt to realize it with putty was a total failure!
The steel roller are from MR models.
I have also modified the front idler and the roof.
The color profile said:"unit unknown".
I hope you like it.
Comments or questions are welcome.
Arnaud.

Hello Aunaud,

I like it. The Zimmerit looks good. I didn' know that there was a waffle pattern available. Definatly food for thought.

Thanks.

Arnaud,

Great work from what I can see. I am jealous. What type of products do you use for your weathering to get the recesses to look like that. For example in your second picture around the drivers hatch - how did you do that? It looks awesome and I think you are a master at the rust and paint chips.

You have done a fantastic job with blending the photoetched Zimmerit with the plastic hull – would you be willing to share the techniques you used with us? I was also hoping you could tell us more specifics on the other modifications you made to the kit. Hope you will allow us to add images of your Stug to the Gallery for the permanent record.

John,Phillip,Konrad, thank you to find some interest in my Stug.
Phillip,I only use burn umber oil paint for all my weathering work. With different dilution you can obtain from a dark brown to a transparent orange. For me it is a very pleasant modelling moment.
Arnaud.

I always like your works. The voyager zim seems to have turned out fine. Thanks for sharing the burnt umber tip. Greg
