British Squadron Markings

I needed some British squadron markings, since I can pretty much do the divisional markings myself, so I've gotten myself Archer's 1/35 and 1/72 sets in red, yellow and blue. It's a bit of a pricey solution as you can only use the smallest set of the 1/35 markings. The 1/72 set should be able to cover most smaller marking sets. The codes are AR35086 and AR72086 if anyone's interested.

Mike, I reckon you should list all your other products, and how to get them. I am sure there will be some here who will be keen to buy! Me included!

Seems like kit decals come only in red or yellow...maybe no one cares about the junior regiments. So if you care to model the Irish Guards Mike's your man. Please post ordering info.

Reviews of decals..

April 21 2008, 9:05 AM

Hi lads , I "googled" Stamer's Armour and found these two links with contact information.

Starmer's Armour British & Canadian M4 Shermans in Europe 1943-45
http://www.missing-lynx.com/reviews/allied/starmerdecal_pbrown.html

Starmer's Armour US & Allied M4 Shermans in Europe 1944-45
http://www.missing-lynx.com/reviews/allied/starmerdecal2_pbrown.html

These will be "make mine a four".

I am interested too in the younger Regiments specifically the Irish Guards ( for my Firefly VC ).

Hope this is of some help

Best regards

Paul

The two above examples of Mike Starmer's decal sheets are both 1/76 scale. Are they also available in 1/48?

Sorry if I have caused any confusion, my mind was on the four sets of signs Mike was speaking about and I forgot to post this link that lists his decals.. again they are 1/76 AFAIK.

Would be nice though if they appeared in 1/48th

Best

Paul
