What is my best option for replacing the set in the kit? I know there have been a few choices since the release of the kit, but I have not kept track of what is available and what is not.
Cheers,
Matt

I've got another batch of stereolithographic sets in the pipeline, should be on the stock shelf in a few days time. Lu did a beautiful little diorama recently with a Carrier and a dummy Bofors gun, where the Fighting 48th tracks played a tiny part.....

Matt, Buy these!! Tim did a stunning job on them. I have two sets...and they absolutely make the model!! Tim, make sure you post a notice that you re doing another batch....I know there are people needing them!!

The F48th replacement track set played a BIG part of my model definitely, (not small like Tim said).
Beleieve me, that set is the very best you can get for the Tamiya kit. It really adds value and makes the difference totally. Without it I would have not made my Universal Carrier, and even Tamiya designers were impresed by its quallity. Highly recommended. My advice is to get one if you have the chance because you will not regret it.
The proof is in the seeing....they just MAKE that kit....And Lu's job with them....is...ummm, so-so :-/. You really must stop doing such a good job with small vehicles!!! )
OK I'll post a note here on the forum when I have them on the shelf. I should explain, I get these done when and if the sla machine is not tied up doing proper commercial work, and it has been absolutely flat out recently; so much so, there is a distinct possibility we will be getting another machine; glad it isn't me writing the cheques!! But that is why I don't put them on the shop website, I just can't guarantee they supply. The resin stuff is down to me, and my own equipment, so i can control that a bit more!
he was discontinuing the Carrier tracks a while back, I bought six sets, and I do not for a second regret laying out the money. These are spectacular indeed, and they do make the Tamiya Universal Carrier kit. The kit tracks have kept many folks from modeling this iconic British vehicle. That need not be a problem in the future.
