Hello guys,

I think some of you remember Robert Doepp's outstanding Tiger from the Tamiya magazine.
http://www.robert-doepp.de/de/projekte/1_48_tiger/index.php

His very latest work is as spectacular, even if it's "only" a figure:

The body is from Mig Productions and the head from Gaso.Line.

I just thought I had to share this with you ! The best thing of all: This is Robert's contribution to a collaboration with me. All I have to do now, is to build a tank - hopefully half as nice as the figure. Thanks Robert !

Cheers
Sven

You have got to be kidding me.

Sven,

Thank you so much for posting this. I am a huge fan of this guys work and am really excited that he dabbled (if you want to call this exceptional job dabbling) in 1/48 scale. I can't wait to see a collaboration between the 2 of you.

Please pass on to him that what I have seen of his style is very inspirational to me as a beginner and would love to see him do more in 1/48 scale.

It’s really very nice. All I have is questions (how did he do that?) and complements.

Phil

Wow! I didn't think that was 1/48. A lot of detail packed in there!

Robert's figure just amazing - one of the most striking 1/48 figures I have ever seen.

You have your work cut out for you there creating a mount for his masterpiece there Sven - I have faith, your models are always great!
