Pat

Excellent Sherman (as always). I am collecting all your photos posted on Track48. I was wondering if you have any more 1/48 models photographed and posted? I have learned so much by viewing them that I have a Pat Johnston folder on my computer for reference. I would like to ad more.
Just a fan

Regarding pics......

May 9 2008, 4:11 PM

Hi Bruce;

I am very surprised by this request, as I didn't honestly think anyone would save my pics in a folder besides me that is. I actually don't have many pics of my own stuff, as most go to Spencer @ MiS, but I do have a folder that I keep one pic of each of my kits, just in case something were to happen to them.
Garfield is right, there are several of my models in the gallery here, and that reminjds me....to Garfield: I owe you some pics of some stuff for the gallery if I am not mistaken.

However, if you'd like, I can post what I have, please bear in mind that I don't know if you already have any of these, but I am happy to help out a fellow "48'er".

Here we go.........

Tiger I

T34/76

StuG III, ausf.B

StuG III, ausf.G

Sherman Firefly IC

Pzkw. III, ausf.L

M26 Pershing

M10 Tank Destroyer

Sherman M4 (Early)

KV 1

JagdPanther

Crusader Mk.I

Cromwell Mk. IV

And aside from the Sherman posted below, that is all my 1/48 collection, I apologize if I repeated any you might have, but this is all the pics I have saved.

Hope this helps you out a bit, and thanks again.

Cheers, Pat

It is just like buying a box of watercolour paints and a brush or two, then walking into the Louvre......

Either utterly, utterly depressing, or utterly, utterly inspirational!!!

Yeah, what he said.....

Sort of like opening your "paint by numbers" art set and expecting to do the Mona Lisa..... Well, the bright side is, you can't tell ANY of these are 1/48 rather than 1/35. We're comin', best watch out.....

Great collection of models, Pat. Thanks for posting those. There are several I had not see before. Each one is a beauty.

Pat: I also save your photos to my References folder. I can never hope to replicate them, but they're a good reference.
