Hi Guys

Does anybody have spare ( that they don't need) the Turret track holders
( Top and bottom )from either a Tamiya or Skybow Tiger I or etch

Also after the air cleaner units from the Tamiya early is possible

I am building the skybow tiger I early, it does not included the turret track holders ( The etch set I brought for the kit does not include them) and the tank I wish to model has the air cleaners style as in the Tamiya kit.

Will cover time/postage costs. I live in the UK.

Many Tahnks
Andrew

PS brought the Hauler StuG IV Conv. very good would recommend. Only thing that I did not like was the drivers hatch moulded in the closed position

Spare parts....

July 29 2008, 7:14 AM

Andrew,

No spare turret track holders because the Tamiya kits do not provide those too, but I think I have spare Tamiya air filters at home (99% sure). I will check it out later and let you know it.

As for the turret track holders, you can make them with little styrene strip easily, I guess.

Do you need any other spare part?. If so let me know.

Air filters etc

July 29 2008, 9:12 AM

Hi Luciano

Yes please to the air filters. As i said let me know P&P costs etc

I thought the Tamiya kit came with them - no worry.

Yes i can make them, just thought i would be lazy and ask. As I am building a full interior ( not engine) for it any short cuts i can make helps.

So if anybody has etch ones they don't want?

I am planning to do Kursh 1943

Regards again
Andrew

No good news....

July 29 2008, 12:30 PM

Andrew,

I found the parts, but not all.

I DO have spare filters but I do NOT have the connection part to engine cover because when I replied earlier I did not realize I used it on my model. That is my fault, I am sorry for that.

Anyways, if the filters (and respective pipes) can help count on them. Just drop me a line with your mailing addres to the email at the header of this post.

Maybe someone else here can provide you the missing part I mention.
