Is anyone else experiencing log-in problems with Modelimex, or is it just me? I ordered a couple of weeks ago with no problem and now this evening a page keeps popping up telling me of some kind of incomprehensable problem. (Does anyone else carry Black Dog products?)

No problems with logging in for me, Leo. Are you using the same computer you used to create your log-in?

Same computer and URL, but a new hard drive installed, as my previous one's drive burned out.

I couldn't even register a new account! I keep getting a debugger message which I think means that one of the text boxes was empty even though I filled in all the required text boxes!!

I wonder if I can order without registering, or is that required?

Hmmmmmm,

August 2 2008, 6:39 AM

Sounds like time to open "Ken's Black Dog Kennel and Shipping Service"!!! Ken seems to have the Golden Touch with being able to get ahold of them!! If he starts receiving things from them....we know at least his computer account works!!
Maybe, Ken, you could email them and tell them all the problems others are having with ordering from them....?? They might have some ideas......
HTH, Dave

Seems to be working fine for me, though I just registered this morning. Could your problem be your bookmark?, if for example you set it while logged in. Could that cause a problem by trying to access a secure page?

I click on the button on the button on the bottom of the "new account" page and nothing happens...

It worked!

I just tried again right now and it worked and created the account.

Maybe they were undergoing a sit update or maintenance or something while I was trying last night.

Why don't you guys try again

Hisham

BoDog Orders

August 2 2008, 1:20 PM

Sounds to me like someone in North America should stock Black Dog products. Based on the number of people interested, there could be some good sales to be generated here.

BTW, Dave...here is what I ordered (yours and mine put together):

BDOG48001 1/48 BREN CARRIER accessories set 2
BDOG48002 1/48 CROMWELL accessories set 1
BDOG48004 1/48 FIREFLY accessories set 1
BDOG48006 1/48 M 8 accessories set 1
BDOG48009 1/48 Sd.Kfz.252+Sd.Anh.32 conversion set 1
BDOG48010 1/48 FOOD SUPPLIES 1 accessories set 2
BDOG48011 1/48 FOOD SUPPLIES 2 accessories set 2
BDOG48022 1/48 Sd.Kfz.250 accessories set 1
BDOG48023 1/48 Sturmgeschutz III AUSF G accessories set 2

According to the email sent to me, all items are shipped and with my next order I get a 3% discount! Whoo Hooo!
