The probably changed things 'to improve our clients intractive experience, in line with our aspirations to leverage our vision...' or somesuch similar claptrap. Try phoning them up to complain. I bet you get 'Your call is VERY important to us, and you are now 143 in our tele-queue to speak with one of our service staff....'
