Woody of Archer fine transfers wanted me to post this query to you guys.Is there an interest for 1/48 dashboard placards and insturments for the various softskins. If there is an interest the first set would be for the Tamiya light 4X4 utility vehicle and the deuce and a half, both would be on one sheet.

German softskin licence plates are what I want. I need SS plates for my schwimmwagen and could use some also for the kubelwagen and more variety for the Steyr command car.

Absolutely; yes to everything mentioned here. Placards for the jeep and 2 1/2 tonner plus the russkie rubdowns would be more than welcome. Chris Schwach

Possible problem....

December 1 2008, 6:57 PM

James, the only problem I can foresee is too many of just one or two items on the decal sheet. I know he wants the Jeep and Deuce and a half to sell well, I just don't know how many multiples everyone would need. In other words, I could use a couple of each, but if there is 10 of each on the sheet...that's another story...that would mean I would have to stock up on Jeeps and Trucks til the cows came home! Just my 2 cents.

This is a great idea. Model aircraft have had these for years; it's about time someone thought of doing them for ground vehicles too.
