Isn't that incredible, 62 years and it still goes.
It says something for Russian craftsmanship at the time, despite their mass manufacturing methods. No wonder they were considered such a prize when they were captured, especially when their own Panthers and Tigers broke down so often.

...it has turned into a rust bucket ; according to the net. There's a story out there that they refused an offer from a western collector, and left it sitting out in the elements. Anyone else know the details ?
