'compo' box info needed!

I would like to make some British 'Compo' ration boxes as used during WWll. So far I discovered they are of wooden crate construction, and a shot of the end piece and lettering. Can anyone suggest where (prefereably on internet) I could find pertinent details such as more photos, or drawings, and, most important, dimensions?
