Looks nice:

Hopefully more will follow. Together with the base from
Monroe Perdu I would rate them to be among the best so far
in 1/48th scale.

Huh???!!!

Reality in Scale......

But WHAT bl**dy scale???!!!!!

And another thing. Don't underline text on a web page unless it is a link. I don't know, you would hope that after 30 years of the Interweb, people would know the basics, wouldn't you?.....

Rant mode off.

The link says the scale....

When you open the link, it has 1/48th at the upper right side of the picture, Tim. And mine opened fine with the underlining there....BTW....

What's the gripe?
The web site opened fine for me as well, and the thread mentions 1/48 scale a number of times.

You got problems Tim.

Duh!!!!!

Not the link on this page! Ohfergoodnessakes...... On their web site. That item seems to be the one and only product for which the scale is stated. What are all the others? 76th? 120mm? 1:6? Orcs and Goblins scale? Model Railway scale? What????!!!

And the underlined text on, yes, you've guessed it, THEIR web page. Not this one!! Underlining text is a standard method of identifying linked text, especially useful for those people with less than perfect eyesight. As it is a text characteristic, rather than a graphical one, it is retained if you display the page in text mode. So it is an accepted part of good web page design that you don't underline text unless it is linked to a url.  I know this is irrelevant to most web users, but it irritates me. So if I have a problem, well, that's my problem.

That is a very nice 1/48 base they are producing - always nice to see something this well done.

I really like the Monroe Perdu set...

Thats the French road junction with the walls and two-storey building...

I reckon it would look great with a group of British armour and softskins set in it as if a column was moving forward through a French village in '44 or maybe an early war scene with Panzers and troops advancing.

Regards.
