I am hoping someone can help me here, I would like to build one of these but I can not find any drawings?

I would think that you would be starting your project with a copy of "PERSHING" by Hunnicutt in front of you, because it carries most everything you want.
Lots of great hi-angle photos for reference, and 1/48 scale plans for:-

Medium Tank T23, Pilot Number 1
Medium Tank T23, Pilot Number 2
Medium Tank T23, Production Model
Medium Tank T23E3, Pilot
Medium Tank T23 HVSS
Medium Tank T25, Pilot Number 1
etc, etc
