school

hello,
My youngest daughter was born with an undiagnosed seizure disorder which has caused to be total care. She attends school everydayand seems to enjoy it. My question is how to get the school to see that they are not just a babysitting service for me and think that Kathleen is capable of learning inspite of her limitations. She is always last to receive equipment she needs and is a constant complaint at all the school board meeting. I live in a small town and my daughter was the first child in a wheelchair to attend this school. Any suggestions? Thanks
