Behavioral Hospitalization

We have had several children in the hospital for behavioral problems due while placed with us in foster care.

I know it is foster care but it is very scary to me to know how violent and angry these young children can be.

We continue to go to family therapy, although the prognosis of them being safe to return to a family with other children is low.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to handle such difficult kids and living apart from them while they are hospitalized... we want to be supportive but they seems more angry that we are there for them.
