2.1 This is simple columnar epithelium.

2.2 Three simple epithelial tissue types in terms of increasing distance from the free surface and the basal surface: squamous, cuboidal, columnar.

2.3 This tissue is moist.

2.4 If the number of layers of cells changes, then it is stratified transitional epithelium.

2.5 This could be an apocrine gland or a holocrine gland.

2.6 To determine which type of exocrine gland is being studied, you would look for DNA in the secretion. If there is no DNA, then it is an apocrine gland. If there is DNA, then it is a holocrine gland.
