I see movies & shows about "Chuck" Looks like everyone has truly figured it out

Well, the shows probably about a guy thats either a loser, a dork, or just a plain old butt hole, you know, kinda like the real life Chuck everybody knows and loves. One things for certain, if his name is Chuck, hes hung like a horse.

I saw the previews, and he really is hung like a horse....
His left arm must be as long as a horses dong...
His right arm just hangs there like a limp noodle...
Is that why they say he's "hung like a horse"? Something about his arm hanging there all limp and lifeless?
