Hey Kerm,
Is this gonna be a "tape off the chrome and shoot it" paint job? I was wondering since the mirror and door handles, etc. are all still on the car.

I was wondering the same thing about the chrome and the wheels fully exposed..All that dust from sanding and overspray on top of it makes a real mess and is very hard to clean off later..When I had my car painted they did their best to try to seal off the engine compartment but it still got full of overspray and crap from underneath.

It is not a "tape off the chrome and shoot it" paint job, it's a back to bare metal job.
They are sorting out all the metal work first, once all the gaps and panels are ready... every thing (doors, hood, glass etc...) will be removed

I have the option to remove the engine if I want to
It's a tough call

go for it steph' its those little details that make it over the top.

Lots of work is involved, I think I'm going to cut corners.....
I will removed what I can, but not the engine.
