Header coatings? JetHot?

What do you guys use for coating headers? I was thinking about doing it myself with some of the nifty products out there but I have no way to cure the coating, except in front of my fireplace which isn't ideal.

I called JetHot today and they quoted me $320 to coat my headers and they offer a lifetime warranty since I've not run them yet. Salesman said if they ever start to rust I can send them back and they will take 'em to bare metal and re-coat. $320 is almost as much as I spent on the headers ($330 IIRC) and seems like a lot [more than I want to spend] but if this is the first and last pair of ehaders I have to buy for this car it would be worth it.

Another plus is they are located a little under an hours drive from me so I can drop off the headers and pick them up myself. Saves shipping cost and I don't trust UPS/USPS to not mangle my headers. I used to work one exit before their exit on the highway so I'm somewhat familiar with the area. Also a plus to deal face to face with people.

What do you guys think about JetHot? Any other options you feel are better? Any cheaper options? Pros & cons?

I have had 2 sets done locally & both had a lifetime guarantee... both suck & neither is in business anymore(wonder why). HPC I know but Jet Hot I do not know anyone that's used them. Stick with one or the other, I wish I had.

I was just helping my buddy put on some Ford-Racing coated shorties on his 85 Stang this evening (we will finish up tommorrow), and they are coated by Jet-Hot. We were ALL quite pleased with the finish! As for longevity, We will have to wait and see. But I do not think he is going to have any issues with them.

Coatings

I had a set done locally. Place called HTC, high tech coatings. Cost $35 for acid dip and $275 for the coating, inside and out. Done 4 years ago and they look as good as when I got them done.
