Back from the honeymoon, I'm officially married now. Hit Tahoe and San Fran and Napa, had a great time hiking and whatnot. Swung by Infineon on the way to Napa, Audi had a track day setup so nothing too exciting, but the track is pretty cool. I was happily surprised when my rental turned out to be an Impala SS. I had no clue what it was, figured a slightly stronger 3.8L, possibly supercharged. Turns out they're dropping 5.3l LS1s in these now, 300hp/320ftlbs, run high 13s low 14s. Anyway, I usually try to beat all rentals to death, this one got an extra helping of abuse. Great highway car, smooth ride. Absolutely awesome roads going from Tahoe to Sacramento, and then route 128 getting out of Napa. Car pushed pretty bad so the front tires were looking a little rough after a couple hundred miles of curvy mountain roads, GM still set it up to ride like a big American sedan. Hiked in Muir woods near San Fran, after a nasty 2 mile ascent we popped out with a cool view of San Fran bay. Back in Tahoe I stumbled on this old Dodge logging truck. Awesome old beast, some kind of weird Eaton 4wd conversion, camera died or I'd have more pics. The "castle" is a replica Viking castle some rich chick built for herself on Emerald Bay in Tahoe in the 20s, details and craftsmanship were incredible. When I get rich, I want to build a castle. Other building shows winery in Napa, I had no idea the $$$ these places had thrown at them, places were pretty impressive.

As everyone else has already said, great pics, thanks for sharing. BUT........
We (ok "I") wanna see the wife. Where's a picture of the little tart?
And since its halloween, maybe dress her up as Elvira
Please dont tell me that the second picture is her (the one with the yellow lips and green head) though it wouldnt surprise me to find out thats the case. We all know you have a dark side, you live in Va., so its only natural
Im also GREATLY troubled by you, and that shit eatin grin you have on your face, while leaning on that Chebby. What would the guys at 460ford.com think!
Dont worry, your secrets safe with me, until I need some quick cash, then it might be s different story
Well, I just went over to Chillys site and did a search. I tried "floosie", "tart", "hussie",
"babe", "old lady"and "battle axe". All without finding any "Miss Chily" pics.
Im pissed, maybe it is the second pic, the one with the yellow lips
Well, I hate to break it to ya gang, but it ain't all about Chuck anymore. From the looks of Chilly's post here, it's apparently all about CHRIS!! Not a single dadgum pic of the little lady. We got two (or was it three??) of Chris, one duck, and one broken down mopar truck. Oh and a few rocks and trees and stuff.
You think I'm going to put a picture of my lovely wife, pure as the driven snow,on this website?

Congratulations Chilly - just tied the knot myself! Feels good to have all of it done, doesn't it?
Oh yeah, and don't post pictures of her . . . next thing you know she'll be a member and start busting your balls with the rest of 'em. Then there's just no rest to be had
Congrats Chilly, hell of a honeymoon trip you set up, great choices. I will be in Sacramento tomorrow and did a Napa winery tour in August(think classy booze cruise) and too was amazed at the money being thrown at wineries. It's a booming business and the Napa Valley is white hot.
Best,
