I cut the front coils 1.5 coils about 2 inches. Now i hear squeaking and i think im bottoming out against the rubber bump stops. Do i need shorter shocks. What are the specs to go by? This is on a 62 ford galaxie. Thanks Mike

Try trimming the bump stops. Have fun with the bump steer, btw.
