Well, in 20 years I'll be 78. Probably work and race til I'm about 77 then consider retirement.

Tim, isn't there much of a market for one-room schools any more? Just build a big ol garage out back and let it serve double duty.  Might have to call yourself a Mennonite to draw the right audience, but it could work out . . .
