Floor Shift Console Pics

Here are some pics of the shifter console i have been working on. Not completly done, still have to put 3 switch holes in between the shifter and guages.

Slick man, what did you make it from? I am doing a 460 in a '57 truck & something like that would look cool with the shifter angled like that

I made it out of 18ga. steel. I needed that angle to keep the bench seat. Thanks

Cool.........

I had to do a similar deal on the BS1 car due to the bench seat. I had it mounted on the floor in a "normal" position. Then I found out when I strapped into the 5 point I couldn't reach it!

Time for Plan B.

When i pull the cover off to do some more work on it, i`ll take some pics so you can see how i mounted the shifter itself. Im gonna run the tranny brake off the shifter knob if it will work right. Im gonna put the nitrous switch, line lock, and another switch in between the guages and the shifter. Im gettin old, but i cant remember what the other swich was for, Duh.
