Here are the frame and suspension pictures of what I have been working on this weekend, getting it ready to put the body back on. It is a aftermarket chrome moly 4 link setup between the stock rails. 29.5 X 10.5 tire but I have rm to run the W in the same size. The front suspension is mocked together just to get it rolling , but I have to convert the front to disc brakes and i am planning on adding a rack once I get the motor and stuff situated in the car to see where everything has to go.

Um ....excuse me, but I believe I see a small amount of orange peel on a portion of the frame rail and I also think I see a very slight irregularity in one or two of the welds. And I do believe one of the nuts is not indexed in a proper manner.
Please confer with the quality control department as soon as possible.

You think THOSE look bad. I have a set from a 1970 Boss 429 that Jack Roush built with a Boss 302 in '70, they aren't fit to look at but I just can't seem to throw them away

Greg,
I told the wife about the orange peel and she is supposed to be ultra-fining and buffing it as we speak. She has a pretty short attention span. My 5 year old was in charge of quality control............ she let my 1 1/2 year old twin girls color outside the lines a little and the sloppiness is really showing now. I called a family meeting and layed down the law about piss poor workmanship and they all got together and proviided me with the phone number to LaborReady ........... should have some Mexicans here in the morning to holler at and some jibberish to disifer through.
Tires are for mock up purposes only. They are a 7.60 X 15 Almost 29" tall and I wanted to make sure everything cleared once the fenders and stuff is on there. I hate a tire that looks to small on a big wheel opening. The back tires were free and I paid $20 for the fronts, did not know that they were cracked so bad until I put air in them though.
