OK,

Reference has been made to the super powers Chuck obtains by wearing the infamous Tron suit. May I get those who knows him to detail these powers? This could be the start of a whole new comc book series here. Also, we need to fill in the blanks below.

By night - A wanna-be super hero in training. The Tron Suit is his disguise, no super powers that we know of, however he has been hurt when not wearing it.(See motorcycle crash thread)
