Today I spend my time taking an pneumatic saws-all to an F18, We are in the final stages of converting one to a pedestal jet. Aside from cutting titanium lines with risedual hydraulic fluid, engine oil and a little left over JP4 I was cutting wire bundles too. It turns out that everything actually inside the jet is just as colourfull as in a car. There are different protective caseings on the bundles fir different purposes thoe most of them are black.
