If I were presented with that and did not have any reason to believe otherwise, I would say $2.00. Since your question makes me suspicious, I am going to make a wild guess that what appears to be a decimal point is actually a 1 and the amount is $2100.
It looks like the amount that has been scratched out is $2.00, as the '2' is big, and the zeros are small. They then re-wrote it below, leading me to believe they may have meant $200. Of course, the above number with a big '2' and smaller numbers (that aren't very clear) after that, may mean that they just screwed up the cents, indicating that is indeed $2.00
Still, I'd follow Chilly's advice, unless you have a trail of 'math' to follow in order to know for sure.
But, without any clues, I'd say it looks more like $2.00
HI
I don't see any decimal point after the 00 so I'm saying $2.00.. BUT what looks like a decimal point could just be where he did not lift his pin to make the 00's so it could be $200. Would like mor info like what was the work for or part type.
tim
you cant total a race car
you just get tired of fixing it.
It looks older. It looks like $2.00 to me. Reason has to be applied. Without access to information such as age and type of invoice, it is hard to conclude anything. If it were a bill from a garage for a cam replacement performed 10 years ago, then I would say $200.00 If it were from a garage and was a soda tab, then $2.00 Greg, pay up for those 10 soda pops you drank 40 years ago at the corner garage!!!!!
Doesn't matter....Uncle Sams gonna get his cut either way.
