Tear all those old crappy building down and put up a Walmart, Taco Bell and Starbucks right in the town square

It is a very nice place

They built the Walmart OUTSIDE the town limits. You still have to go 20 miles for a Taco Hell and a Starbucks??? I don't have a clue! Or 5 bucks for a cup of coffee!
