The time had come, but that doesn't make it any easier....I sold the XL today.

So, if anyone in the Richwood, Ohio area should be on the lookout for a red '67 XL

Not sure what the next project is gonna be yet, so I am going to take some time and see where it takes me....

Wow. Your 67 and Scotts (psivory) were two of the nicest 67s Ive ever seen.

How long did you have the car?

Yeah, it's kinda sad, but I think I was ready to move on. I had owned that one since July of '02. And that made six '67 full size Fords I have owned in a row going back to my high school days, although this one by far the most unique. Basically I rebuilt everything mechanical, and made a decent driver out of it. It still needed some work, but was reliable enough to drive just about anywhere. I have got a few different "projects" in mind, but I am not gonna rush right back into anything. I have been spending a lot of time playing music again, and both my kids (10 & 6) are showing a big interest in that, so I may devote some of my time in that direction for a while. Don't get me wrong, I have a disease that will not let me go too long before I get something else, and I will let ya all know when I do.
