The Original Phatfalcon (Car) Going Up For Sale

I've been keeping in touch with the current owner of my old 60 Falcon over the past months to see what was going on with him. He has been on the road a lot and also moved to a new place in Michigan and has had no time to drive it. Bottom line is he's planning to sell the Falcon on ebay this spring. I am somewhat short on funds currently or I'd entertain the thought of purchasing it, but thought I'd throw it out to the folks here. He will be wanting $28k.

There are a few here who have seen it in person (Greg, Bill, Jim W, Doug C, Doug FFF, etc) and the main changes sound like the addition of a Joe Sherman built 347 mill, new tires, tranny and new rear axle seals and bearings. I have asked him to let me know when he lists it and I'll pass that info along, but you can always track that kind of thing on ebay.

One of the finest little pro-streeter's I've seen, bar none. 28K will be tough to snag in this economy imho, though.

Ain't gonna happen. Not now with what was selling cheap at Barret Jackson this year. The car was damaged a few years back and i hope the repairs where done right. Haven't seen it since.

I know what you mean guys. That car appeals to a limited audience when it comes to value. It's been enhanced sine I had it, but it's still a 60 Falcon.

Bill, you probably haven't seen it, because he says he doesn't have the time to drive it any more. DST must still be doing well, because they have him on the road all the time. I have to believe that the door was fixed right.
