It's snowing at 2" per hour here after a night of 1/2" of ice. Trees coming down along with power lines. We're still up today so far after a power outage last night. Nice and warm so far in here

We get a lot of ice & freezing rain here so we're usually prepared. The 3" of ice last year pretty well broke up all the trees so this round is not bad. At least we only got 1/2" of snow. Pines are more likely to survive than what we have here. We have cedars, oaks, hack berries, & pecans.

Looked about the same at 9 am today. By 10:30, 50% of it was gone and the roads were clear enough to drive the 25 miles in to work.
