Greg in Hospital

Just talked to Greg's wife. Greg had triple-bypass surgery. He is doing ok. He did not have a heart attack. He complained about heartburn and had a check up where they found the blockage.

Thanks for the info Frank. Greg has many friends here that were unaware of this issue. It's nice to know that we can get the messages passed along to all here in the garage...

Greg...Glad ya made it through without further damage. Stay away from that junk food. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Bypass/sex change something or other.

Ann called me this afternoon and said he was better today then yesterday, which is understandable since he had the bypass at around 9:00 am.

Greg is in my thoughts and prayers.

I did not even know that he was having any problems.

That man has touched many of our lives and I feel that I am fortunate to have him in my life.

Please accept my heartfelt wishes for return to health

January 31 2009, 9:47 AM

Hearing this was so unexpected. So many times I have marveled at the amount of work Greg has turned out, with speed and gerat detail. Hearing of his hopitalization after all these years of internet converstations is both unexpected and as deep a concern as I would feel for the neighbors next door.

I am sure he is surrounded by family, friends at this time ... add to that assemblage the well wishes of all his internet friends. Though the distance is greater, the wish for rapid recovery are just as real.

Get well soon.

Wow that is a shock to hear! Glad he had the foresight to know something might be up and got in there before things went really bad.

Wonder if they have a magic trailer at the hospital?

Speedy recovery old man!

Chuck, I don't think a mere intubation tube could stop him from talking, especially since he's there with nothing to do. Poor nurses.

Get well soon! Glad they found it before it caused a bigger problem. The bypass work is almost routine now, but still a big deal. Keep us up on the status.
