I was just watching World News and they said London is getting hit with snow BIG time. They said its a city of 7.5 million people....and NO snowplows.

Its been in the low to mid 60's all of January, and it only rained 3 days out of the month. Normally it rains 20-25 days out of the month. You get some wet years, and some dry years. This one's gonna be dry!
