What's this? No roll bar! degenerate scofflaws are everywhere.

April 21 2009, 4:16 PM

He should be shot, dead on the spot for taking a chance of injuring himself; if he had a roll over, if he was in a collision, if a building collasped as he was driving by, if a plane lost a wing, at 30,000 ft, which bounced of a building at just the right angle, missing a bus load of kids on the way to school, which kicked up a chunk of pavement that got under his wheels, causing him to jerk sharply to a street vendor selling strawberries on the curb - causing his car roll over.

Damn Hot rodders, never think of any one else. It would have never happened if he had a roll bar. There ought to be a law!

Unfortunately - its running a Chevy and its coupe with the top cut off. Pretty much makes it a California Only car. It seems kind of stupid to decapitate a car without any regard to the weather.

I'm not a fan of convertible pro-street cars. I'm OK about the top cut off, but not Chevy power for a Ford. It seems a nice round body. By the way, having almost put my old Phatfalcon on the lid with the big tires + a TractionLoc rear searching for traction, a locker would be nice in a lidless car.

I had to Google that 420 thing.

1967 Falcon 4 door 351C-4V
1970 Mustang 351C-2V

Despite not having a roll cage and the wrong engine... a cool ride.

I like it.

Plan on de-roofing one of my Lincolns one of these days.. if I ever get around to that project. Probably won't end up looking that nice though.

Probably pretty flexible without the roof, especially when you romp on that 502.

Anyone ever see a set of 3.08 gears for a 9 inch?
