I'm about .1 slower now than in early May and about 1.5 MPH off. DA has a lot to do with it.
You cannot get any real usable, comparable number off a chassis dyno IMHO - just numbers for that session that you can use for tuning - during that session. Come back in a month, no changes - you get different numbers. So I wouldn't worry too much about how to convert tractive effort to torque, even if you could.
Assuming 3500 lbs, your MPH figures in the 1/4 show a difference of about 9 HP - not much. Weather can do that easily. Your ET is off - driving technique, track prep, shift points, staging RPM, suspension reaction, wind, phase of moon, etc. ET is just ET, not really a tuning reference. 60' can be for suspension tuning.
If you had the weather conditions for the runs you posted, you could figure effective HP and then compare the time slips, somewhat. As a true test of the tune, you would need to go to the strip, take at least 2 passes as is ( preferably 3 ), then jet up and do again. All on the same day. Then you'd know if it wanted more fuel on the top end.
