anyone would know the name of that part?

A guy asked this on my forum:
Anyone know what the part under the throttle cable bracket is (with the long capilliary-type wire coming out of it), middle of pic?
from a 69 Mach 1

It does look like a condenser or noise limiter to me too...

At first I thought the wire was a Cable, and that it was a high idle solenoid...

Had to revise because I got my "C" words mixed up...
