I for one Love that Samoan Coral color but it's not the best for that body style me thinks...

I like them in a burnt red or maybe a dark blue...

About 10 years ago I had the opportunity to by a pair of these. One was metallic turquoise, the other was coral. They played well off each other, cool bookends. The coral car looked real nice with a white gut. I chickened out and pulled the plug at the last minute. Big mistake.

I remember the bookends at Hershey. They were for sale in the car corral - I bought the other car he had at the time, it was a seafoam green and white '58 Mercury Park Lane 2 Door HT. That was long before I learned about Cook's restorations.

That was the year you had the brand new Black '63 Breezeway for sale. Do you remember what year that was?

It was 1998. Pretty sure. I remember I had the 58 only a short time, and I remember selling it right before I left for my honeymoon in June of 99. So I probably bought it in October 98.

Time flies. Then I remember that time in 2003 when I met that guy at Carlisle and sangbagged him into that '60 Edsel. Then I learned about Cook's Restorations and the sandbagging reversed itself.
