Almost jumped into the deep end......

I went to Carlisle yesterday just to have a look around. Not too much exciting until I ran across this nice nice nice one owner 98% original 1964 Galaxie 500XL with original title. 390 automatic, PS, PB. This thing is the best original old Ford I've seen in years! Cherry all original black XL interior, perfect vinyl top, trim all nice, some paint work. STRAIGHT!!!

Since I have no garage space something has to go so I tried to negotiate a trade-in with the 65 Comet. We're bouncing but it doesn't look good for now, just too much cash or, depending on how you look at it, not enough for the Comet.

Oh well, I told him I'd see him at Hershey so it ain't over yet. happy.gif

I didn't take my camera yesterday. Joe sent these with his celly this AM. It looks a LOT better dry!

Woah! That's a Stellar looking 64!

There is one in Farifield Ca. Like this one but no vinyl top. Been in the same spot for 7 years...

Great paint and always under a carport & washed every 3 months when the groundskeeper stops by...

Old folks home somewhere but still alive... Oh but I wish I could find her!
