Response to SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE DOES EXIST |
| obviously the courts have ruled in favor of separation of church and state many times over the years but these are the same people that took the right to live away from unborn babies the same people that upheld president Lincolns decision the suspend habius corpus and arrest an entire state legislature to keep them from leaving the union the same court that later reversed that decision and then turned around and arrested and detained japanesse americans and held them in detenion camps for the duration of the war and then reversed THAT decision the supreme court is made up of nine people people with political beliefs who tend to reflect the beliefs of the PEOPLE who appoint them at it's heart Separation of Church and State is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and as long as the court spends it's time making it's decision based on the political climate of the time this country is headed for a hard time oh and just for the record such school assembalies are not mandatory unfortunately that would be against the law |
