In an effort to address the many issues that might exist, LADD a non profit agency supportting people with developmental disablilities will be offering support in the following areas to victims of Katrina who relocate to the greater Cincinnati area.
The support will include:
• Assistance to staff of generic service agencies in addressing the needs of people with disabilities.
• Service coordination related to accessible housing and housing in general.
• Durable equipment (wheelchairs, walkers etc.)
• Assistance with accessing Medical help and medications.
• Interpreters for those who are hearing impaired
