I wish to get assistance in my education.I am a disable some body and have suddenly become a deaf and dorm.I can write so well.I can write poems and all what i takes to make you feel lovely.But that is what i don't get from people .if i can get help then i will be very great full.Thanks

You might consider approaching your states vocational rehabilitation agency to start making use of your SSD/SSI ticket to work. They will evaluate your current level of functioning medically and psychologically and help you come up with a VR plan.

You will find, once we see a change in administration the funding streams will change and VR bdugets will improve along with job prospects because of the ADA RESTORATION act.
