Before the onset of this past year, I had never worked as a temp. That all changed once I had my daughter recently and wanted to go back to work. Enough about me...just wanted you to know I can relate.
In any case, Temps are not bound to a job site as full-time employees are. The underlying understanding is that most ppl temp while seeking something better or more stable. Unfortunately, this inconvenienced you, but it is the nature of agency work.
We have a Temp here that we absolutely LOVE and bcz he has other venues he would like to follow will be leaving us quite abruptly. I wish him the best although we are sorry to see him go. I don't think this is a reflection of him being non-commited to the job. He just has to do what he needs to.
