I have lost all respect for one of my co-workers. So I guess that means I only 2 as of now, granted they are best 2 to respect but anyways.
This week I had a new function given to me to learn and also with this other co-worker. The thought was since the head people are one step away from retirement it would be best to train the last two people who would be left with still unknown functions. Everything was ok UNTIL the other trainee found out I was also getting trained. He lost it after that and complained WHY I needed to know that function. It was pointed out to him that its always good for more than ONE person to know how to do stuff. Everyone needs a back-up for vacations and such.
I just cant believe a grown person can be sooo caddy. He walked around before with his air of wow im cool when he thought he was the only one being trained on this and now his bubble was burst and has no issues on showing his discontent. He has major entitlement issues.
But how smart can he be if after paying soooooooooo much money for his education(he has a masters in education) he is still working as an accounting clerk ?
